"Innovative Interiors continues to be a valuable resource to us and especially to our clients when we need to recommend a flooring company to them. Their expertise in pricing, product knowledge, and product information is a tremendous asset during critical phases of the design process, as well as during the construction phase. It's nice to know we can count on them for samples, information, and availability."

At Innovative Interiors, we pride ourselves on our service. Exceptional service is what we have built our reputation on, and we look forward to each opportunity to demonstrate this. Our services include:
Environmentally Responsible Interior Materials
Pursuing LEED Certification:
When you're evaluating how "green" a product is, it can be a challenge to simply identify an "apples to apples" comparison based on manufacturer claims. If you are seeking official LEED certification or simply want to design a space with the environment in mind, we can help you make selections to achieve these goals.
Reducing the environmental footprint:
If environment is a concern, we can help you minimize the effect by offering materials and methods that meet the following criteria:
Sample Ordering, Tracking, and Delivery
Innovative Interiors provides input on interior finishes that meet certain budgetary, aesthetic, and performance-based criteria. We are an objective, expert resource for a wide variety of products and strive to provide a diverse and refreshing mix of ideas specific to your needs. With one call to us, we can provide samples from multiple manufacturers and assist you in evaluating them objectively.
Estimating
We provide "take offs" which are comprised of a digital floor plan set to architectural scale. Take offs accurately illustrate color-coded flooring or interior patterns, transitions, pricing, and render a plan view resembling the installed floor or interior material. In most cases, we request a digital PDF or ACAD plan in order to produce an accurate take off for you.
Proactive Jobsite Services and Solutions
The best interior results come from being proactive in identifying and addressing potential problems, which is where our construction management team comes in. Over the years, we've carefully maintained our focus on these aspects, and have become well-known for our expert knowledge base and ability to foresee, and often prevent, finishing issues in architectural plans or at jobsites.
Project Specific Problem Solving
Corrective interior services include a diagnosis of what the existing issues and status of the interiors are, developing cost effective solutions based on the time sensitivity of the issues, and assisting in implementing those solutions.
Maintenance and Performance Testing
Maintenance is one of the leading causes attributing to the long term success or failure of a commercial flooring or finish installation. Other attributing factors include product performance and environmental conditions. At Innovative Interiors, we help to forecast how these attributing factors will affect the performance and longevity of your installation based on project circumstances.
From in-house product performance testing to targeting specific concerns, contact us to request professional support services.
Concrete Moisture Management/ Barriers
There are many issues that may arise during the curing process of concrete, or anytime thereafter, due to the presence of moisture. Whether you are proactively researching moisture content to prevent future issues, or you have a situation that requires a solution to a moisture problem, we are able to help you. Innovative Interiors provides on-site concrete slab moisture testing through a variety of standard methods, depending on your project circumstances.
If a preventative or corrective solution (i.e. moisture control barrier) is needed, we will provide recommendations, pricing, and installation services that will work best in your particular situation.
Continuing Education Units (CEU Presentations):
As experienced flooring and commercial interior specialists, we share our knowledge by educating Architects and Interior Designers on ways to address common flooring and interior issues. Often this is done by offering a CEU lunch presentation on a topic of your interest. For those that attend the informational presentation, we will register your attendance and provide a 1.0 credit hour towards your annual CEU requirements as outlined by AIA and/or IIDA.
